All rules are open to administrative change at any point!

NLR Rules:

1. You must wait 3 minutes to return to the place you died.
   
2. If you die in a raid you must wait until it is over to return to the building you died in.
   
3. As a police officer if you die in a gunfight you are not allowed to return to the pursuit/raid you were in
   

Per Job Rules:
Citizen:
No Raiding
No Mugging
No Carjacking

Police Officer:
Must raid with warrant
No Mugging
No Carjacking

Hobo:
No Raiding
No Mugging
No Carjacking

Dog:
Only use bite if your owner is under attack
No Holding Guns
No Raiding
No Mugging
No Carjacking

Chief Of Police:
Must raid with a warrant
No Mugging
No Carjacking
